Just steps from the lodge, Mistico Park invites you to uncover the rainforest at your own pace. These trails wind through one of Costa Rica’s most celebrated biological corridors, where the extraordinary density of wildlife makes every turn an opportunity for discovery.

Arenal Sky Tram & Zipline Adventure
Begin with a peaceful ride on the Sky Tram to the top of the mountain, then switch gears as you launch into an adrenaline-filled descent. Seven ziplines carry you from platform to platform—no walking in between—so the adventure never stops.
Soar up to 200 meters (656 feet) above the ground, glide across cables as long as 750 meters (2,460 feet), and feel the wind as you reach speeds of 70 km/h (43.5 mph). With sweeping views of the rainforest and surrounding mountains, it’s a one-of-a-kind way to experience Arenal from above.

ATV Tour

Venado Caves
2,700 meter stretch of limestone caves replete with stalactite and stalagmite formations, the caverns, believed to be between 15 and 20 million years old, were formed by underground streams which still run through the caves, you may see bats, monochrome frogs, fish and marine fossils, many of which are endemic to the area.

Caño Negro Wildlife
The wildlife refuge in Caño Negro is one of the most important reserves for incredible bird watching and observing of wildlife, it is also home to many sloths, monkeys, caimans, bats, as well as numerous tropical plants. To get there will be like 2 hours each way, you need a copy of your passport with you.
